I've divided the application form into the following sections for a detailed analysis:

Desktop vs. mobile differences

When examining the page across different devices, we notice two significant differences on mobile sizes relevant to this review:

• The form is no longer presented step-by-step, so there is no progress bar and no preview step.
• An "apply later" feature has been introduced, which allows users to email the form's link for future completion.

Meaningful differences between “mobile” and “desktop” versions

I'll be basing my review on the desktop version, highlighting the mobile differences when they're relevant.
